- Mentoring program. Partner with an experienced colleague to help you navigate your first year. Specific programs available for new and aspiring supervisors.
- Staff Recognition and Development Day. This event usually takes place in April and includes longevity awards along with personal and professional development sessions to help you connect and succeed.
